Living in our country, especially in the major metropolitan regions can become quite expensive.  While Toronto continues to see major retailers flock to our city to set up shop, many of these new stores have forgotten about the frugal shopper. Warehouse and Sample Sales

Shopping at a warehouse sale, is one of the most convenient ways to score great deals on branded product. Warehouse sales are often primarily held by one major brand, and if you’re a fan of that brand you can often find deals as good as 90% off on a full product line including: Shoes, clothing and accessories. Craigslist and Kijiji 

If you’re looking for great deals on everything from clothing to a refrigerator, free classified listing are a great option for you. If you’re looking for something highly desirable you can often find it on Craigslist or Kijiji. Deals on designer handbags, and fast fashion collaborations (like H&M X Maison Martin Margiela) are plentiful on websites like this. Plus, there are tons of people giving away stuff for Free on these websites. Just hit your city search and then type in free. You’d be surprised what’s on there! Also, make sure you are buying something from someone in public spaces (Try a Mall or a busy Starbucks, never your home) or bring a friend. If you feel uncomfortable don’t do it.

TIP: Sellers know they will probably have to take a hit on their product, so don’t be afraid to do a little negotiating. Asking for a cheaper deal doesn’t hurt anyone.

You never know what you might find so it’s always good to keep an eye out.

Is a free online marketplace that allows you to post, sell and buy fashion related products. Here you can find pretty much anything you would want. Louis Vuitton bags to Chuck Taylor shoes, Hi fashion, Low Fashion – it’s all here at a great price.  90% of items are used, but with things like bags and coats it doesn’t really matter.
