In case you haven’t heard, Smoke’s Eateries is adding a new member to their family. The Toronto-based franchise started back in 2008 with poutines and launched their weinerie back in 2013 (the first Toronto location opened early 2015). Now they are opening up a burritorie underneath their Adelaide Street location in the space that Burrito Boyz used to occupy.

The new Smoke’s Burritorie will open on Monday, September 14, and to celebrate, they’ll be giving away their signature burritos for just $1 a piece! The signature burrito is made up of rice, refried beans, chorizo, and pulled pork – nothing special, but for $1, how could you resist? Especially since all proceeds from the burritos will go to The Donkey Sanctuary, a safe haven in Guelph, Ontario for neglected donkeys.

Be sure to head there early to avoid long line-ups! They will be open from 11:00 am to 12:00 am on Monday, September 14.

Will you get your $1 burrito at the grand opening of Smoke’s Burritorie?
