We are excited to announce that Canada’s largest luxury retailer Holt Renfrew will be partnering with the high-end premier hospitality company Chase Hospitality Group. The two companies will be collaborating together to open Colette Grand Cafe in 5 Holt Renfrew locations across Canada. In early 2018 the Holt’s cafe will be replaced in Edmonton, Vancouver, Montreal and even Toronto Yorkdale Bloor Street locations.

The collaboration makes a lot of sense for both companies as they share the same values. “Well-known for culinary excellence and creating beautifully designed spaces, we are excited to have Chase Hospitality Group restaurants as a valued partner,” said Mario Grauso, President at Holt Renfrew.

Holt Renfrew’s visitors will be able to get an elevated experience at Colette Grand Cafe?, which reflects the standards of both brands. That includes a new sophisticated menu, elegant interiors and luxury service.

The company, which goal is to redefine the future of hospitality in North America, will be Holt Renfrew’s first ever hospitality partner. According to CHG’s president Steven Salm, the French-inspired aesthetic of the restaurant is a perfect fit for the luxury designer brand.

“We are very happy to be partnering with such an iconic luxury brand as Holt Renfrew, and to be expanding Colette Grand Cafe? across Canada,” said Steven Salm.

Besides Colette Grand Cafe, CHG operates 7 restaurant concepts in Toronto, including Planta Burger, Palm Lane and The Chase.
