We all know someone (or have been that someone) who has lost something valuable on vacation. Whether it’s luggage, clothing, an iPhone, or a stuffed animal, there’s no doubt that losing something on a flight feels horrible, especially when there’s little hope of getting those lost items back. Luckily, one airline is making huge improvements to their lost and found service – it’s extremely helpful and absolutely adorable.

Take a peak at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines newest lost and found service member. These ‘special forces’ have been hired at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and it is their mission to reunite lost items as soon as possible to their legitimate owner. Now passengers can be reunited with their lost items and be greeted by a bundle of sweetness. This video has certainly convinced us that we need to flying with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines soon!

What do you think of the airline’s new lost and found service?
