Across the country, LE CHÂTEAU is rolling out new concept stores. The new stores are beautifully renovated, giving each a more contemporary feel, while catering to a fashion-centric clientele. While the new store has more of a high-end boutique feel, LE CHÂTEAU still caters to their everyday shopper, but now in a much more high-end style environment.

The new stores are aesthetically stunning and are part of a long-term strategic brand evolution plan that positions LE CHÂTEAU as Canada’s premier design house.

“Our customers lead busy lives, and are really looking for a simplified shopping experience,” says Executive Vice President, Franco Rocchi. “Shopping should never be stress-inducing – it should always be light-hearted and enjoyable. Our new concept store designs make it easy for LE CHÂTEAU’s clientele to find exactly what they’re looking for in a flash. From weekend looks to workplace ensembles that wow, LE CHÂTEAU makes shopping in the mall fun again.”

Salespeople with snarky attitudes who ignore their customers – yes, I am talking about the Eaton Centre location – will not make up for renovated stores. From what I see in the pictures, the quality of clothing still looks the same – low quality at a high price, all cramped together on too-small racks. Nothing like trying on wrinkled clothing in a supposed high-end store. Too bad, this used to be my go-to store.

I agree, high prices for low quality and unless they change their return policy I will never shop there again!
