Last year, we informed you that the menswear brand, Suitsupply, was set to open in Toronto. If you follow us on Instagram (which you totally should) then you probably saw that our snap of Suitsupply‘s ‘Coming Soon’ sign in Yorkville. Well today, we got wind from Top Shelf Events that the official launch date will be on February 20, 2014. “Toronto isn’t just Canada’s largest city,” says Suitsupply founder and CEO, Fokke de Jong. “It’s also one of the world’s style capitals – a vibrant and diverse city. Our decision to expand into this market was from the demand of our Canadian clients. We wanted to give them a store in the Toronto community and we’re proud that we can deliver what they’ve been asking us for.”

The location is housed inside a converted mansion on Hazelton Avenue. The 4,800-square-foot space will house impeccably tailored suits and sports coats constructed from the finest fabrics from top Italian mills. Alongside an onsite tailoring bar, there will also be an ever-expanding collection of sportswear, shoes, accessories and warm outerwear.

We can’t wait to check the store out up close and personal!
