At the end of this past summer, Forum Research conducted a survey to measure just how satisfied Target customers were with the American retailer. Surprisingly enough, most customers were unsatisfied. According to the survey, only 27% of customers were ‘very satisfied’ and the average customer satisfaction rating was 2.7. However, despite the statistics, Target continues to take over Canada’s retail scene!

Last week, Target blew the minds of World MasterCard Fashion Week goers with a fun, family friendly runway show at Toronto Fashion Week and shoppers went absolutely nuts for the 3.1 Phillip Lim collaboration. Yesterday, Target announced the final 33 store openings in Canada for 2013, including the first locations in 3 east coast provinces. By the end of the year, the U.S retailer will have opened 124 stores in Canada. 31 stores are set to open on November 13, 2013, while the remainder will open on November 22, 2013. In order to live up to the commitment of providing Canadians with a one-stop shopping destination, most of Target stores will feature a fully licensed Starbucks and an in-store pharmacy to go alongside quality products and low prices.
