Japanese cheesecake. The two words alone make our mouths water, and of course, there’s no one that does the dessert better than Uncle Tetsu.

Luckily, North Torontonians can now get their hands on the delicious cheesecake without making the trek all the way downtown. Today, Uncle Tetsu launched a pop-up shop, alongside other drool-inducing eateries like Caplansky’s Deli, Nadia’s Chocolates, Pie Squared, Nugateau, and Eva’s Original Chimneys, at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Take a peek at some of the offerings below.

The pop-ups are a part of CONCEPT, a new space in Yorkdale designed to showcase tastes, trends and technology. All of the food vendors will be stationed in CONCEPT, located near the TTC entrance across from NYX, from now until April 30th. Afterward, CONCEPT will host a new set of vendors.
