We love when a great retailer’s does amazing customer service. A woman’s Facebook post about a recent experience with Zulily’s customer service department has gone viral.

Kelly Blue Kinkel ordered a jacket from Zulily, however when it arrived she knew that the jacket just wouldn’t work for her and she wished to return it.

Immediately she contacted Zulily and spoke to one of their representatives who told her that Zulily would refund her money immediately.

What’s truly amazing is what happened next, the customer service rep at Zulily named Patrick told Kelly  ” Please don’t send it back. If you know someone who needs a winter coat or if you would like to donate it to a charity, that would make us very happy.”
