Crazy for Cats? There’s a Feline Festival in Toronto Today!

Take your cats out to play at the Feline Festival. There will be giveaways, celebrity cat meet-and-greets, pop-up cat cafe, and cats & kittens for adoption!

Whether you have a cat or just love ’em, you’ll want to check out the Friskies Feline Festival in Toronto today (Saturday, August 13th)! The event, which takes place at Purina PawsWay (245 Queens Quay W) from noon to 6:00pm, will bring together cat lovers, enthusiasts and of course, cats!

And because dogs shouldn’t have all the fun, PawsWay is inviting all cats out to play, so bring in your furry pal (on leash) because there will be games and giveaways for you and your kitty. In addition, visitors can enjoy specially curated cat YouTube videos, face painting, meet-and-greets with Toronto cat celebrities, a pop-up Cat Café, and even go home with a new feline friend. The Toronto Humane Society will be onsite with tons of cuddly kittens and cats for adoption.

So head on down, with or without your cat in tow – it’s the purr-fect day to spend a rainy Caturday. And don’t forget to snap some pictures! Purina PawsWay will donate $1 for every eligible tweet sent using the hashtag #CatWeek2016 directed at @PawsWay on Twitter or @PurinaPawsWay on Instagram.

See you at the Feline Festival!
