Last week, one of America’s favourite heritage brand celebrated it’s 50th anniversary and in order to celebrate, they brought their online shop to Canada!

Lands’ End got it’s start in Chicago of 1963 as a sailing outfitter. Today, the brand has evolved into much more than a sailing equipment business and has grown to include men’s, women’s, children’s apparel and home decor. The legendary brand has made its way into America’s hearts and is now hoping to find a home in Canada’s with their commitment to value, craftsmanship and customer service.

We got to check out the launch of the website and for a brand that we weren’t very well versed on, we were really impressed! First off, all prices on the website are in Canadian currency and all tax, shipping fees and duty are displayed at check out, meaning no nasty surprises upon delivery. Secondly, they’ve got a Guaranteed. Period.® policy that states if you’re unsatisfied with an item you’ve bought, whether it’s the day you received it or a few months down the line, you’re able to exchange or refund it for its original purchase price. Lastly, we got to see the merchandise up close and personal, so we can vouch for its quality. If you head to their site and you’re not impressed by their amazingly reasonable prices and classic yet modern pieces, then you’ve got to check out their technology enhanced clothing and Canvas line where they’ve got men’s blazers specifically catered to the bicycle riding man and dress shirts that are wrinkle free for up to 30 washes and stain resistant. They have something for everyone and are sure to satisfy!
