Head outside of the city and raccoons are cute, curious creatures, frightful and shy, only making appearances at night to snack on your garbage. Venture into the city and raccoons are a totally different breed. They’re big, they’re out during the day, they’re walking right up to you, they’re still eating your garbage, they’re up for a challenge, heck, they’re climbing 700 foot tall cranes just to take a poop on your job. Basically, if you get backed into a corner with a city raccoon, you better have a plan for escape and that’s exactly how this hilarious Nike campaign tackles Toronto’s raccoon ‘problem’.
Nike is taking the city by storm with their neighborhood running clubs and their new out-of-home ad campaigns. The campaign pictured above can be found in the second coolest neighborhood in the world, Queen Street West at Shaw Street.
