New Nike Commercial Highlights What We’re Really Thinking at the Gym

We typically don’t like fitness ads, but the new Nike commercial does an incredible job at highlight the insecurities and awkwardness non-athletes and gym newbs feel when working out…

Between all the fitspo you see on Instagram and the fitness junkies you see at the gym, sometimes it feels like you’re the only one that doesn’t enjoy working out. We’re certainly not all athletes, so believe me when I say you’re not the only one who doesn’t like to go to the gym! Nike recently came out with a campaign that highlights all the insecurities and awkwardness gym newbs and non-athletes have when it comes time to work-out. The internal struggle to workout is very real, but Nike’s #BetterForIt campaign inspires women to push their potential with it’s slogan, “if you’re brave enough to try, you’re strong enough to finish.”

Watch Nike’s #BetterForIt “Inner Thoughts” video above. There are also 4 more equally realistic & inspiring videos on their website here. I typically hate fitness commercials, but these are the best I’ve seen in a while!
