Our friends at Peace Collective are opening their first flagship store, and we couldn’t be more excited. The brand that rose to popularity with their Toronto – vs- Everybody T-shirts is finally joining the growing list of online brands, that have decided to open brick-and-mortar locations. Peace Collective will be opening their first stand-alone store in a 2,000 square foot space at 131 Ossington.
The space is beautiful and espouses Peace Collective’s minimalist aesthetic. With cement flooring, white walls and copper and black fixtures the team behind Toronto’s favourite T-shirt definitely pulled the space together beautifully.
What’s really cool about the store is that it’s not just a clothing boutique. If you haven’t noticed, Toronto has an obsession with crazy desserts! To capitalize on this, and to transform the store into a community hangout, Peace Collective will be launching Peace Treats – a year round dessert bar.
“We wanted to do something [dessert bar] that is really fun and really creative. Something that people want to get excited about. I think what’s awesome about this is that the desserts are very visually appealing. Paralleling our brand it’s something that people want to shoot and post on Instagram” – John Molina from Peace Collective.
The store and dessert bar will be open to the public tomorrow Wednesday, September 7th and will surely be a hit.
Stop by the store at 131 Ossington Street, Toronto.
