As implied in the name, the key hero ingredient in the Dyson Chitosan™ products is chitosan, a complex macromolecule, derived from oyster mushrooms.
Dyson Triodetic™ technology uses chitosan to help create flexible bonds that support hair, strand by strand. If you don’t happen to be a scientist, explained in simpler terms; “Chitosan is going to give you a much more flexible hold. It enables strands to move freely and doesn’t feel too heavy or too greasy,” says Robyn Coutts, Senior Design Manager at Dyson.
