Lunch hour yoga, anyone? If you work around Yonge and Dundas, you may want to make this part of your Monday routine. The mid-day Yoga in the Square event is for Torontonians of all experience levels, and is hosted by a rotating slate of yoga teachers. Culture Athletics’ Karma Yoga is a passion project led by a crew of Toronto-based instructors who want to share the benefits of yoga with our very in-need city.
