We ask that you not visit our showroom if you are sick. If you are experiencing any of the following respiratory symptoms, please stay home and take care of yourself: Fever/feeling feverish, cough, sore throat, headache, runny nose, loss of taste, and/or loss of smell.
1. Shopping will be done by appointment only. Each appointment will be 1 hour, roughly 45 minutes for shopping, allotting 15 minutes to checkout your items in a timely manner.
Please respect your set appointment to ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone.
2. Per hourly appointment, a maximum of 12 people will be allowed to shop to allow social and physical distancing. The time slot you choose will have up to 6 different groups of 2 people at one time. Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with your date and time. A reminder email will be sent to your 24hrs before your appointment.
For any missed appointments, they will be rescheduled based on availability.
3. We encourage you to wear your own mask and gloves when you come in for your appointment. We will have a sanitizing station available upon arrival for use before entering our showroom. Masks and gloves will be available, if needed.
4. There will be change rooms available, separate from each other to ensure social and physical distancing. Limit of 3 items. Change rooms will be sanitized after each appointment, ready for the next appointment.
Clothing that has been tried on and not purchased will be steamed after each appointment.
5. Debit and credit only.
6. High touch surfaces will be sanitized and cleaned after every appointment.
