There's an Indian Street Food Festival Happening in Mississauga

Summer is all about the festivals. And because Toronto has a festival for every type of food under the sun, it was only time before an Indian food festival popped up.

From now until June 25th, you can experience an Indian Street Food Festival, but this one is unlike the others happening across the city. Tandoori Flame, North America’s largest Indian buffet and restaurant, is bringing the festival to both its locations in Mississauga and Brampton. The event celebrates the diversity of the Peel Region, Tandoori Flame’s 8th anniversary and Canada’s 150th birthday.

During the festival, the restaurant will host 12 live food stations featuring over 150 items at both locations Friday through Sunday for dinner, and Saturday and Sunday for brunch. Guests will have the opportunity to experience authentic dishes, both savoury and sweet, including Indian food favourites like Chaat, Chole Bhature, Pani Puri, Dani Bhalla, Jalebi and Garam Gulab Jamun, to name a few.

Best of all, instead of expensive tickets and per dish pricing, Tandoori Flame’s prices are just $21.99 for all you can eat weekend brunch or $25.99 for all you can eat weekend dinner.
