It’s about that time of year again, the time when you pack up your bags, rev up your engine and hit the road to cottage town. And for cottagers, included in that summer weekend tradition is typically a stop at Ontario’s favourite hamburger stand… Webers.
Located on Ontario Highway 11 in Orillia, Webers has been a family tradition since it opened back in 1963. Best known for their hamburgers, Webers almost always has a line-up, and for good reason. Their charcoal grilled burgers are juicy and delicious – so delicious that people were willing to risk their lives crossing the highway for them before they put in a footbridge. The bridge was the first privately owned bridge built over a public highway in the Province of Ontario, put in place all for the love of burgers!
And now, Torontonians don’t need to make the drive in traffic to get their Webers burger fix. The restaurant recently launched a new location in another popular summer destination. Formerly the Molson Amphitheater, Budweiser and Live Nation have partnered up to open an all-new venue, the Budweiser Stage.

The venue has had some incredible upgrades, including signature artwork from local artists, venue merchandise stands, more beverage bars for lawn fans, a River Bar which will feature live performances from local acts before shows, and an all new Bud and Burgers menu featuring, you guessed it, the famous Webers burgers.
Now you can eat your favourite burger right here in the city with a cold Budweiser in hand, an amazing view of Lake Ontario, and your favourite musicians.
