Loga’s Corner serves up momos, the Tibetan version of a classic dumpling. The family-run joint located in Parkdale offers both a takeout and a sit-down section for guests to enjoy their eats. The momos are made from scratch and you have your choice of beef or veggie, steamed or fried. One of the reasons we’ve always loved this restaurant is Mrs Biederhof’s Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes. The brunch is exceptional and pairs well with the Classic Canadian Caesar made using Walter Craft Caesar Mix! Proudly made in Canada, Walter’s spicy mix complements the decadent pancakes exceptionally well.

Wish is a long time favourite of ours for two specific menu items. One – the incredibly decadent challah French toast with blueberries and caramelized bananas, and two – the granola yogurt. This is not your standard healthy parfait. The Greek yogurt is mixed with chocolate granola and oats, pretzel, and olive oil. A perfect sweet and savoury option.

We recently visited this spot when they started serving brunch. Our top pics from the menu were definitely the chicken and waffles with citrus crema and chili-honey-garlic sauce. Our second pick, the smoked brisket benny is unlike any benny we have had, topped with the traditional hollandaise sauce.

We love this place for a variety of reasons, but one of the main ones is its patio. It’s so hard to find patios in Toronto that are both sunny and provide shade. This is truly the perfect patio in our opinion. Our favourite dishes here are the Ballina benedict with smoked salmon and the Smith Quiche. We can’t describe it. You need to taste it!

We usually visit Cacao 70 for the decadent chocolate desserts but their brunch items are savoury and delicious as well! The best part about buying a brunch? Each one is served with bread, a fruit plate, and a small chocolate fondue.
