8 Easy & Chic Outfits We Can’t Wait To Recreate This Fall

Whenever we’re looking for some seasonal outfit inspiration, we quickly turn to our favourite fashion creators on Instagram, and their outfit posts end up living in a saved folder waiting to be referenced and recreated. Today, we’re going to share some of the most easy and chic outfits that live in said folder. But first, what classifies as an easy and chic outfit? For us, chic simply means effortlessly stylish. Think French fashion. And an easy outfit may vary from person to person, but outfits we consider to be easy are ones that can be recreated with pieces likely already in our closets and that don’t require much thought to be put together. So, basically, easy = accessible. As the weather gets crisp, more fall fashion looks have been gracing our feeds, providing us with all of the chic (and easy) outfit inspiration we could ever need.

Here are the looks we can’t wait to recreate!

Outfit 1: @amalienielsenn

We can’t get enough of the Canadian tuxedo this fall! And it requires no thought at all to put together! Simply pair some straight-leg jeans with an oversized denim shirt or jacket, and that’s it. The denims don’t even have to match.

Not ready to ditch shorts just yet? No worries! Just pair them with a pair of boots and maybe some tights to make them fall-appropriate. The tie-neck shirt Sasha Exester is wearing in this pic really adds an extra chic element. *Chefs kiss*

Never underestimate the power of basics. This entire look is made up of great staple basics, and it couldn’t look chicer! Hot tip: wearing a tee under your sweater allows for some dimension, making an outfit look more styled.

Outfit 4: @sarahndiaye

The best part about a 2-piece suit is not only that it looks super put-together and sophisticated, but also that it requires no actual thought to put together. If you’ve yet to add a menswear-inspired suit to your closet, it’s a dressing game changer.

We all know by now that pretty much any kind of leather jacket is very much “in” this fall. Jackets really end up pulling the weight of an outfit, so not much effort is required in styling the rest of the look. We love how Marleen styled her moto jacket with a pair of loose-fitting jeans, loafers, a woven tote bag, and sunnies.

We’re not planning on putting away our long denim skirts any time soon. This spring and summer staple is getting carried right into fall, just with some slight styling adjustments. Style your long denim skirt with a blazer, some boots, and a large purse to give off all the fall vibes.

You can never go wrong with the ever-classic “Steve Jobs” uniform of a black turtleneck and jeans. It’s simple, it’s classic, and it’s chic.
