Inside Toronto's Newest Sneaker Store, Footaction

Today, Canada’s first Footaction opens at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. The sneaker store, which is owned by Footlocker, is located on level 1 of the mall near Richtree Market.

Inside, the space is massive with 6500-square feet of shopping space, high ceilings and merchandise from wall-to-wall. Organized by brand rather than product category, the location is made up of 5 different rooms: the main, Nike Kicks Lounge (featuring its own entrance), adidas Collective, Puma Select, and Capsule 416; a room of rotating brands. At the time of visiting, the latter featured Publish Brand and PKG Bags, and we’re told that, in the future, it will feature more local labels, trunk shows and more.

Day-to-day, shoppers can expect a variety of different brands for both men and women. Footaction’s roster includes Nike, Puma, adidas, Asics, Jordan, New Balance, Converse, Champion, Naked & Famous, Pink+Dolphin, Kappa, and more. Here, shoppers can also find exclusive sneaker drops and premium limited product. For special releases and dates, head to Footaction.ca.

While we have not had confirmation yet, we hear whispers that Footaction has another location planned for the GTA soon. We’ll keep you updated as more news arises.
