H&M has announced a new collaboration with the London-based fashion designer, Simone Rocha, for a very exciting project. Fashion lovers should get excited because the Simone Rocha x H&M collection will include womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear.
This will be the very first time that Simone will be designing for men and children. To date, her acclaimed designs have been for her Signature women’s collections.
Each clothing category combines a full wardrobe which will include tops, bottoms, outerwear, tulle dresses, sparkly accessories, and gorgeous footwear. Designs will include tartan, beading, florals, pinks, reds, and more.
Simone Rocha explains her excitement to be apart of this notable partnership stating “I am so thrilled to be working with H&M on this very special collection. It truly is a celebration of the signatures of my brand, and the influences that have shaped me. As a designer, and as a customer, I’ve been such a fan of the H&M collaboration concept. Margiela, Alber Elbaz, Comme des Garcons – it’s such an amazing list of alumni to be a part of.”
The H&M collab will offer pieces that celebrate the designer’s personal inter-ethnic heritage from the traditions and crafts of Hong Kong to the greats of art history.
The Simone Rocha X H&M will seriously be a collection to remember.
Even Ann-Sofie Johansson, the Head of Design at H&M, says that “Simone Rocha has been on the H&M wish-list for some time. This collaboration offers a new audience the chance to own a very special piece of design history.”
The highly anticipated H&M collab will launch will be on March 11, 2021, so keep an eye out for it!
