If your Netflix roster is getting stale and you’re missing live music, we’ve got some great news for you. This weekend, there’s a big benefit concert being held online and it will feature some of the world’s most popular artists.
Hosted by Elton John, the free benefit concert will take place on Sunday, March 29 at 9 p.m. EST on Bell Media channels and iHeartRadio stations.
The iHeartRadio Living Room Concert is aiming to raise funds for coronavirus relief efforts and the night promises to be full of talent. Featured performances by Alicia Keys, Billie Eilish, Mariah Carey, Tim McGraw, Billie Joe Armstrong, Camila Cabello, Dave Grohl, H.E.R., and more. Of course, because we’re all in isolation, the performances will be filmed remotely.
Guest appearances by Demi Lovato, Lizzo, and others are also expected for the evening.
During the hour-long concert, American viewers are encouraged to make donations to Feeding America and the First Responders Children’s Foundation, while Candian viewers are asked to support the Canadian Red Cross by online, SMS, and phone donations.
To watch the iHeartRadio Living Room Concert, Canadian viewers can watch on Much, MTV, or CP24.
You will also be able to listen to the concert via iHeartRadio stations. However, if you want to watch it later, you’ll be able to watch the special on CTV.ca and Crave, which is offering one month free to new users.
