Back in November 2018, the popular Maine-based retailer L.L. Bean announced that it would be opening its first Canadian standalone location in the Toronto area, and since then, we’ve been anticipating its opening date.
While we’ve know that the outdoor specialist was opening this summer, we now have an exact date for the grand opening!
L.L Bean Oakville Place will open on the weekend of August 23, 2019.
And the retailer has a bunch of exciting things happening in-store to celebrate.
For the entire weekend running Friday, August 23 to Sunday, August 25, head in-store for free food, yoga, games, prizes, and family fun. Additionally, there’ll be plenty of Instagram-worthy moments courtesy of the L.L. Bean Bootmobile.
The first 100 shoppers in line will also receive a special offer.
L.L. Bean is coming into Canada with a bang! The weekend is sure to be fun for the whole family — it’s a great incentive to be one of the first to shop the brand’s Canadian flagship.
There will be tons of things to browse as well. The store will feature apparel and footwear for men, women, and children; footwear; camping, hiking, and backpacking gear; travel; L.L. Bean’s signature collection; men and women’s accessories; pet supplies; and home accessories.
For the grand opening weekend, the store will be open Friday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
