Are you always looking for the best restaurants to feature on your Instagram? In a city as large and diverse as Toronto, it can be hard to stay on top of the restaurant scene that’s constantly evolving. It feels like every day somewhere new is opening its doors, and it can be difficult to know which restaurants are worth checking out and which are duds.

So, here are the most Instagrammable restaurants to visit in Toronto!

Maison Selby at Bloor and Sherbourne is an Instagrammer’s dream – from the front bar area and each dining area, to the secret speakeasy downstairs, no detail is left unattended. Stop by for brunch if you want to get some of that great morning light, or come by to enjoy the bar scene with some friends (and try to snag a seat at the speakeasy downstairs, ask your bartender about it).

The light and tropical design of Chubby’s automatically transports you to an island mindset, something that’s always appreciated (especially in the winter months). Serving up some of the city’s best Jamaican food, if you love yourself some spice, this is the place to go!

La Palma

La Palma’s interior is inspired by Venice Beach’s art-centric vibe, with clean, cool colours donning the walls and subtle hints of palm trees making their way into many design aspects. It’s lively and chic, with a menu to match; the 100 layer lasagna is one of their bestsellers, and definitely gram-worthy.

Mahjong is a west-end hidden gem, that at first look appears to be a convenience store. Located at 1276 Dundas Street West, you enter through the convenience store (where you can actually buy late-night snacks). Through the hidden keyhole entrance, you’ll find unique cocktails, along with a spread of delicious bites. Plus, tons of Instagrammable material from the keyhole entrance to the lounge couches.

Coffee, Oysters, Champagne

Speakeasies have had a total comeback! Coffee, Oysters, Champagne is located right downtown in the Entertainment District and is a glittery bougie Instagrammer’s dream. The best part is at night this space turns into a speakeasy bar (see, we told you) where you pull a secret bottle of champagne off the shelf and open the passage to another area. We promise this isn’t one to be missed.

Ottos Bierhalle

Not only is Otto’s Bierhalle serving up delicious German-inspired bites in a chic space, but they might have one of the most Instagrammable bathrooms in the city! If it hasn’t popped up on your feed already, each bathroom at Otto’s is outfitted with a button that will bring the party (think disco balls, Drake tunes, strobe lights, and much more).

Get groovy with it at Pizza Wine Disco! Aside from the large disco ball hanging from the ceiling, check out the back room where the walls are filled with coloured light tiles to snap your IG pic. It’s such a fun spot to grab food and drinks, and dance. We definitely recommend it.
