Chez’s, the new kid on the block of College Street, is already making a name for itself. With a tantalizing menu and stellar food, this exciting new French bistro has it all: wines carefully selected from all over the world, a large choice of beers and cocktails, sharing plates, and twists on old favourites, such as smoked beef cheek poutine and roasted bone marrow with chimichurri sauce, bacon expresso marmalade, and grilled sourdough.
Helmed by Mike Bradshaw, chef and co-owner with Alexandra Velocci, the restaurant exudes an atmosphere of comfort and comradery, and the prices are reasonable, with mains from $13.50-$26.

Bradshaw honed his skills in Europe for 10 years, where he trained in prestigious Michelin Star restaurants in Paris and London. Upon his return to Canada, he realized his dream with the opening of his own restaurant.
