Before you book, keep in mind that WOW air is no frills, so the only things included in the flight are your seat and one personal item. However, you can purchase extras such as additional luggage allowance, extra leg room, food and beverage, and more. The holiday discount does not apply when booking a WOW stopover, and is only applicable to airfare — the discount does not apply to taxes or charges and service fees.
While the airline is budget, WOW air is one of the best — it won Low Cost Airline of the Year this year.
WOW air was also recognized at the CAPA Aviation Awards for Excellence. While they only fly out of Toronto and Montreal in Canada at the moment, Vancouverites will have the opportunity to fly the airline from home in 2019.
