Browns Shoes’ footprint continues to grow. This time right in Toronto’s very own Yorkdale Shopping Centre, with a brand new flagship store. Retail Insider reports.
Browns Shoes was originally founded in 1940 by Benjamin Brownstein and is still operated by the Brownstiens family line to this day! The store is known for its highly curated selection of shoes and brands.
Step into the new Browns Shoes’ 6,000 square feet flagship location!
The new Browns Shoes’ flagship store in Yorkdale Shopping Centre is about 6,000 square feet, Eric Ouaknine, Senior Director for Browns Shoes says, and notes “…the new store is bigger, wider and brighter than its predecessor”.
The location even includes a water bar, serving both flat and sparkling water! As well as an “Endless Aisle Station” – where customers can browse Brown Shoes’ full collection. The impressive features don’t stop there, though. There’s also a 20-foot video wall and a sound system to go along with it! Shopping for shoes has never been so entertaining!
“The store is very customer-experience driven. In designing this store, our objective was to give people an experience they’re going to want to come back for and tell all their friends about,” says Ouaknine.
The growth isn’t over yet for Browns Shoes. We can expect another 10-12 locations within Canada to open in Spring 2023!
