Get excited Toronto! The highly anticipated retail and community area, The Well, will be making its mark by spring 2023.
The Well will be located in the King West area of the city and will have a wonderful mix of shops, restaurants, residences, entertainment spaces, wellness spots, and more.
Taking over a massive space—we’re talking 3 million square feet of retail and residential space on 7.7 acres of land—The Well will truly be an exciting addition to the neighbourhood.
The area will be broken down to 420,000 square feet of retail and food services, just over 1 million square feet of office space, and a whopping 1,700 residential units.
According to Retail Insider, the retail space at The Well is about 79% leased with several new tenants announcing their arrivals.
The very first Canadian location of Prince Street Pizza, which is originally based in NYC, is one tenant that we’re super excited about. If you happen to take a look at their Instagram account, you’re going to immediately want a slice of pizza.
Other names that have been mentioned are Bailey Nelson (eyewear company), Arcadia Earth (immersive exhibit), and Sweat and Tonic (fitness and wellness club).
Plus, you’ll get to enjoy the 70,000 square foot market space that’ll host over 50 vendors with a liquor license too.
