However, if you do plan on heading outdoors to public spaces, be sure to always follow social distancing rules and keep safe.

Here Are Fun Ways To Celebrate your summer holidays This Year.

Support Local & Order Takeout

There are so many local restaurants to satisfy all of your long weekend cravings. Support small businesses and grab a delicious meal to enjoy at your home!

If you want to make some delicious home cooked food instead, then have a backyard BBQ to take advantage of the beautiful weather. If you’re in the mood to watch a movie instead, the Starlite in Hamilton, the 5 Drive-In and The Starlight Theatre in Oakville, and The Stardust Drive in Theatre in Newmarket, will be open.

Don’t feel like leaving the comfort of your own home? No worries! Log onto the Canadian Heritage website for the virtual programming and a fantastic light show at 8 p.m.
