I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that there’s nothing better to cool down with on a hot Toronto day than a cool drink and frozen treat. Even better when they’re both combined.

Luckily, that’s exactly what The One Eighty is serving up on their rooftop patio, 51 floors up in the sky.

The Bloor street restaurant, known for its panoramic views of the city, recently launched their summer menu. So along with great sights and a patio, visitors can dine on delicious dishes (we suggest the tuna tartare and hand stretched pizza) and sip on summer cocktails, including Prosecco Pops — now that sounds like the perfect way to spend the summer.

The Prosecco pops are available for a limited time and come in two yummy flavours: Mixed Berry and Pineapple Mint. Not to mention, they’re super Instagrammable.
