Owning a swimming pool while living in one of the most expensive cities in Canada is a luxury most of us can’t afford. However, if becoming a pool owner is on your bucket list, you’re now one step closer to reaching your dream.
Swimply, or the Airbnb for swimming pools, lets you rent a private pool in Toronto in just a few clicks. The new app connects pool owners and swimmers to create the perfect paradise sharing economy. It allows non-pool owners affordable access to an otherwise inaccessible luxury while allowing pool owners to make an effortless substantial income from their pool.
For pool owners, all they need to do is simply list the pool, customize their account and decide when exactly it’s available for rent. Non-pool owners can read all about the pool, see previous reviews, and book it through the app.
We want mini-escapes to be as ordinary as visiting a cafe or a good nap. Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing (even if it’s nothing), it should only take a moment from the time you want to be somewhere better, till the time you actually are,” said the company on their website.
What do you think of the new app? Let us know in the comment section.
