This Unique Euro-Asian Bakery Will Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth This Fall

Last week, our team had the opportunity to visit one of the newest (and hottest) bakeshops in Toronto, 7 Baker. Located just steps away from Wellesley station near the major intersection of Yonge St. and Wellesley St., this unique and cosy bakeshop is nothing like you’ve seen before. And here’s why.

7 Baker is a premium, locally-owned and sourced Euro-Asian bakery that offers a variety of fresh and unique baked goods, including bread, croissants, buns, and even desserts, combining the best of both worlds. Everything is made in-house using only fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Mixing the finest European bread with Asian flavours, such as Takoyai, Squid, Mochi, Taro and more, 7 baker has something for everyone. Whether you have a soft spot for sweet baked goods and want to treat yourself to a delicious freshly-made chocolate croissant, or you’re craving something savoury, 7 baker covers it all.

“All of our products are made from natural premium ingredients from local farms. No preservatives or trans fatty acids are used. Our products are also restricted from using artificial flavours and colours. Only plant-based food dyes and colours are used,” states the company.

Some of our absolute favourites are the matcha and chocolate flavoured croissants, the crab salad bun and the tom yum bun. The texture of every product is very smooth and airy.

In the back, you’ll find a cosy corner for those who choose to dine in. There’s also an Instagram-worthy wall featuring the cutest 7 Baker mascot called SeVII.

We believe that finding your favourite bakery is like finding a good friend – it will instantly make you feel better, no matter the mood you’re in. And we can say with certainty, 7 Baker can easily become your best friend this winter, so go check it out!
