thisopenspace Launches a Fund to Give Entrepreneurs and Brands Access to $10,000 in Retail Space
thisopenspace, the fastest growing pop-up retail marketplace in North America announced a contest to provide $10,000 in retail space. This is their second SpaceFund and the first of its kind in Toronto.
The contest is made possible through partnerships with landlords such as Yorkville Village, owned and operated by First Capital Realty Inc. and Hullmark Developments as well as local retail Untitled and Co.
thisopenspace is looking for innovative retail concepts, brands, and entrepreneurs to apply for a total of 12 opportunities to bring their pop up concepts to life. Winners will be selected in partnership with the retail publication StyleDemocracy and THE COLLECTIONS a Toronto based designer management and production agency.
Selected brands will be able to pop up in one of three locations. There’s an option for your brand whether you’re looking to build your brand with Yorkville Village’s affluent community or to create an experiential or multi-vendor retail concept on trendy Queen West.
