Buy Refurbished Apple Products

Looking to save a few extra bucks on your next Apple purchase? We suggest checking out the large selection of refurbished products Apple has to offer online. These items are Apple certified, meaning that they’ve been fully inspected and come with a 1-year Apple warranty.

Apple Education Pricing

Students, teachers and parents have more ways to save with Apple’s Education Pricing. Take advantage of Apple’s discount pricing on the newest MacBooks and iPads by registering with Apple as a university student, teacher or parent of a university student under your participating institution.

Deliver Your Online Order for Pickup at an Apple Store

While you can shop online at Apple to customize your product with ease, you’re better off having your item shipped to a store versus delivered to your home for the quickest service. Deliveries to your home will not be left at your doorstep, which means you’ll be running across the city trying to chase down your parcel if your not home at the time of delivery.

Apple Employees Don’t Work on Commission

You may be surprised to learn that Apple Store employees don’t work on commission. Therefore as a customer, you can enjoy a pressure-free store environment and receive quality service from specialists who genuinely care about your happiness with a product.

Tell the Truth to Apple Employees

Have a problem with your iPhone? When you bring your damaged device over to an Apple Genius Bar for support, be sure to tell the truth about exactly what happened to your device. Apple employees know when you’re lying about a product and doing so will simply prolong the time it takes an employee to find a solution for you.

Work at the Apple Store

There’s no better discount than an employee discount, right? Want to work at the Apple Store? Getting a job at Apple is going to be tough! We learned that having an existing Apple employee refer you for a job is the best way to push your application forward and get you one step closer to those employee perks.

Extra Apple Coverage on Your Device

On the spot extended warranties can be a bit intimidating at the time of purchase. Very rarely do you budget for the additional $250 for an AppleCare Protection Plan or AppleCare+ extended warranty when planning for your purchase. If you pass on this added coverage at the time of checkout, that’s okay. Apple will give you the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty anytime within the one-year warranty window.

Apple Service and Support

Before running into an Apple Store for help with your device, consult Apple’s website for troubleshooting options to determine how to get the best support. Once you’ve got a bit more info, schedule an appointment at your closest Genius Bar to make your trip to the Apple Store efficient as possible. Tip: be sure to back-up your device before your Genius Bar appointment in case they need to wipe and reset it.

Apple Store Return Policy

Like most electronics retailers, the Apple Store’s 15-day return policy on electronic devices isn’t too generous. Therefore, be mindful to test out your product ASAP to see if it’s the right fit for you before your time runs out. Tip: online orders can easily be returned in-store within the same time period, saving you money on any return shipping and handling.

Apple Authorized Resellers

If the Apple Store experience is a bit intimidating or inconvenient for you, there are plenty of Apple Authorized Resellers you can visit to shop for Apple products. In the case of big box retailers like Walmart, there are often discounts or credit card perks to take advantage of, unavailable at regular Apple Store. There are also Warehouse Clubs like Costco, where you can save a few extra dollars off of your Apple purchase and earn additional membership rewards or discounts.
