We’ve all enjoyed a snack from a vending machine at one point or another, but have you ever had cake from a vending machine? Well now you can because three cake vending machines from Carlo’s Bake Shop from the hit TLC show Cake Boss have just showed up in Toronto.
The Cake Boss vending machines landed inside the PATH downtown and are apparently replenished daily.
One slice of cake retails for $8.99 and you can get your hands on the Hoboken-style sweet near the food courts of Richmond-Adelaide Centre, the Royal Bank Plaza, and Waterpark Place.
Wondering what flavours are available?
Those with a sweet tooth can choose from options like carrot cake, rainbow, red velvet, and of course, chocolate.
Carlo’s Bake Shop originated in Hoboken, New Jersey but now has locations in cities like New York City, Las Vegas, Orlando, San Antonio, Santa Monica, and Philadelphia.
While the bake shop’s delectable desserts can be ordered online and shipped anywhere, this is its first step into the Canadian market. There’s no word yet on if these vending machines might mean that its planning a Toronto or Canadian outpost. We guess only time (and cake!) will tell.
