A post shared by Samantha Sabatino (@samantha.tightclinic)

Microneedling is known to be a popular beauty treatment amongst celebs to keep their skin in its best possible condition. The service refines the skin’s texture and overall appearance by creating micro-injuries, encouraging collagen and elastin production. Which results in the treatment of fine lines, acne scars, and skin elasticity – to name a few! Tight Clinic, the well-known influencer and celebrity-approved clinic located right here in Toronto, offers Microneedling with SkinPen® in order to provide a minimally invasive, skin-regenerating treatment with little to no downtime.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage @ Tight Clinic

A post shared by Cynthia Castro Acosta, RMT (@cynthia.tightclinic)

It’s been said that celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Hailey Bieber, and Kim Kardashian turn to lymphatic drainage massages before events and big photoshoots, making their bodies look extra snatched. Tight Clinic offers a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage that works to open lymph nodes and push water weight, toxins, and bloat out of the body, resulting in a contoured look! This service is especially great to have done a few days before a big event, like a wedding, if you want to look extra “tight.”

Hydrate + Glow Facial @ Formula Fig

My Beauty Doctor, located in Toronto, offers a variety of peels for various skin types, tones, and conditions to help provide the best results for each individual.

It’s no secret that vintage and resale fashion has been on the rise. More people are embracing secondhand fashion for various reasons, from sustainability to economics to aesthetics. Recently, resale went even more mainstream with the cameo of Vestiaire Collective in the new season of hit Netflix show, Emily in Paris! Mindy, Emily’s best friend, visited a Vestiaire Collective storefront in Paris to sell her Balmain couture blazer dress in order to make funds for her career endeavours.

Since style is a main focal point of the show, highlighting resale fashion, especially in the luxury space, will undoubtedly bring extra attention not only to the featured online retailer Vestiaire Collective – but also to secondhand shopping in its entirety!

“This partnership marks a significant milestone towards the integration of circular fashion into mainstream programs, and reflects the importance of the fashion resale market today,” says Fanny Moizant, co-founder and president of Vestiaire Collective.

Celebrities have been launching their own brands as far back as we can remember. Perfume, in particular, comes to mind when thinking of OG celeb lines (Paris Hilton’s numerous perfume launches in the early 2000s, for example). Since then, celebrity brands have become somewhat of a trend, with countless stars launching their own labels in every market imaginable.

With the sheer amount of celebrity brands hitting the shelves (some better than others), it can be hard to put trust in them. We’ve all seen, and maybe even fallen victim to, lackluster products from brands endorsed by celebrities, after all! That being said, some celebrity brands are doing it right and using their inevitable upper hand to put out good, even great, products.

These 8 celebrity brands are actually good!

The first Monday in May has come and gone, meaning another Met Gala has commenced. This year’s Met Gala celebrated the Costume Institute’s new exhibition, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,” spotlighting 250 items from its permanent collection. Some of the pieces showcased are so delicate that they need to be laid down in order to be displayed, for preservation—hence the name “Sleeping Beauties.” The Met Gala dress code was “The Garden of Time“, perfectly complementing the exhibition theme.

Every Met Gala, we watch as celebrities and designers interpret the theme in their own unique way, some more loosely than others. This year, we saw a variety of vintage archive pieces as a nod to the “reawakening fashion” part of the Met theme, as well as an array of floral embellished designs to celebrate the “Garden” aspect of the Gala’s dress code.

TV, and really all streams of media, have such an impactful influence on fashion and style in the ‘real’ world. Some on-screen wardrobe is so good that it’s worth watching solely for the purpose of admiring the fashion. Or is that just us? From unserious sitcoms to critically acclaimed series, there are plenty of fashionable TV shows that grace our screens with the utmost style inspiration or, at the very least, stylish entertainment. Let the next TV show you binge-watch be a fashionable one.

These are 8 of the most fashionable TV shows worth watching!

Sex In The City

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Carrie Bradshaw (@carriebradshawsc)

Starting off the list strong with Sex In The City. All of the cast members have their own signature style, Carrie Bradshaw’s arguably being the most recognizable. Even if you haven’t yet watched Sex In The City (what are you waiting for?), you can probably picture an outfit Carrie has worn. And it probably includes a pair of Manolo Blahniks and a variety of textures and patterns. Her character just may have invented chic maximalism!

Friends

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Friends (@friends)

Friends, although more casual in terms of fashion, still serves as major style inspiration to this day. We can’t forget about “The Rachel” haircut that took salons by storm, after all. The longevity of the style featured throughout the show really speaks to how iconic it was (and is). From vintage denim to mini skirts and dresses, we can always turn to Friends when we need a dose of ’90s fashion inspo.

Succession

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Succession (@succession)

If you’re a fan of the quiet luxury fashion aesthetic, you’ll love the wardrobe in Succession. Starring the uber-wealthy Roy family, money is no issue when it comes to dressing in this show. From power suits to expertly tailored basics, we’ll be continuing to take style notes while we take in all the drama.

Bridgerton

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Bridgerton (@bridgertonnetflix)

Since it’s a loosely based period piece, you may not exactly be finding fashion inspiration while watching Bridgerton. Still, nonetheless, the exquisite costumes are quite a joy to look at! From voluminous gowns to embellished dresses, you’ll never be bored while watching Bridgerton.

Emily In Paris

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Emily In Paris (@emilyinparis)

Don’t freak out. We had to include Emily In Paris, as no one can ever seem to stop talking about the controversial fashion worn by Emily on the show! Even if you don’t love her outfits, you have to admit they’re notable. Some have said that Emily’s style is supposed to be somewhat satire, an unrealistic depiction of French style from an American. She also tends to wear a ton of designer for a beginner’s marketing salary.

The Crown

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Netflix UK & Ireland (@netflixuk)

Since The Crown is based around the royal family, it’s no surprise that the style featured in the show is of royal status. Especially since it’s known to replicate real-life outfits worn by the royals, such as style-icon Princess Diana. While watching the show, you’ll see outfits ranging from business casual to special occasion gowns.

The Sopranos

And we can’t forget about Jenny Humphrey’s messy, edgy-chic style evolution and Lily Van Der Woodsen Bass Humphrey’s expensive attire.
