Our friends at Retail-Insider are reporting that Danier Leather is back with full force as the brand has recently opened their newest store in downtown Toronto.
In 2016 Danier Leather filed for credit protection and was forced to close 76 stores. Luckily for fans of the brand, Danier was quickly purchased and as a result, a stand-alone store was opened in Oshawa Centre. After the success of the Oshawa Centre store, Danier proceeded to open eighth more Ontario stores and stores in Manitoba to bring the total store count to 8.
For store number 9 – Danier has decided to go big and open a downtown Toronto location in one of Canada’s premier shopping destinations. The new Danier will be located at CF Toronto Eaton Centre on level 2 between Thomas Sabo and Uno de 50. The new CF Toronto Eaton Centre Danier will be about 2,400-square-feet and it will be the largest Danier store on the company’s roster.
