LOV
Beloved Montreal vegan restaurant LOV, which stands for local, organic, and vegan, has finally opened its Toronto location on King West. In addition to being totally Instagrammable, this hotspot is serving up delicious brunch, cocktails, lunch, and dinner. Not sure plant-based food is for you? Expect to order yummy dishes like lasagna, mac and cheese, poutine (!!!), cheeseburgers, and more. This is definitely one of Toronto’s new openings to know about.
Innisfree Yorkdale
If skincare is your jam, it’s time to head up to Yorkdale and check out Innisfree. This super popular Korean beauty brand carries products that are chock full of natural ingredients sourced from Korea’s Jeju Island. Kintori Yakitori
After being on hiatus for what feels like forever, Kintori Yakitori has finally re-opened its doors. Situated in Koreatown on Bloor West, this is the place to go for the best yakitori in Toronto. In case you’re unaware, yakitori is is a Japanese type of skewered chicken and yes, it’s delicious. In addition to chicken, you can also sample beef short loin, pork belly, mackerel, and various veggies all skewered and grilled to perfection.

This new wellness studio offers meditation, soundbaths, and recovery in a compassionate, creative, and mindful space. Located on Ossington near Queen, this newly opened studio is founded by Heather Cameron, an advocate within the mental health and addiction recovery community, who discovered meditation during her addiction journey.
DASHA
Another exciting addition to King West is DASHA and it’s there that you can experience exciting modern Chinese cuisine with American influences. With Michelin-starred Executive Chef Akira Back running the show, you know the food is going to be out of this world. Majesty’s Pleasure Yorkville
If you haven’t been to Majesty’s Pleasure on King, then you’ve definitely seen some of its work on Instagram. This incredibly beautiful nail salon not only does killer manis and pedis, complete with stellar nail art, but at the iconic salon’s newest Yorkville location, you can also get your hair cut, coloured, and styled.
