Whether or not you’re one for New Year’s resolutions, the start of a brand new year (or decade) is a great time to do some internal re-evaluation. If you’re looking to make some positive changes this coming year, this is a great time to start. Now I know that setting resolutions can result in unnecessary pressure and for that reason, I prefer to call my resolutions, intentions. These intentions are what I intent to do, accomplish, and experience in the coming year.

Having goals for the new year is great and is a wonderful start, but what matters most is how well you walk the walk, and not just talk the talk. Whether you’re looking to get organized, eat better, or save money, these products will not only hopefully inspire you, but also help you stick to whatever your intentions (or resolutions) are for 2020!
