SSENSE Expands Into Beauty, Home, Pet Products, And More

Earlier this month the Canadian company, SSENSE, launched a segment called ‘Everything Else’ on its site, app, and in-stores.

The new SSENSE addition expands the brands product offering, and dives into beauty, home, pet products, tech, and more.

For those who aren’t familiar with SSENSE, you can shop amazing designer products, from Jacquemus, to Alexander Wang, to Burberry, all duty free. That’s right, you won’t be surprised with duties when you shop this site.

Krishna Nikhil, The Chief Merchandising Officer, explains in a press release, “We saw an opportunity to do something outside of convention an atypical boundaries that sit outside of fashion.”

For the new launch, SSENSE has combined both established and emerging brands in Everything Else to create a large variety of product options and price ranges.

The products are gender-neutral and range from about $30 to $3,100. There are over 90 brands that are included in this section which includes Bloc Studios, Bottega Venta, Carne Bollente, Kenzo, Maison Margiela, Versace, and Aesop

This won’t be the first time that SSENSE tests and expands into a new category. Throughout the past three years, SSENSE tested a vintage Ferrari on its site, Balenciaga kids’ collection, Virgil Abloh’s prints, limited-edition Burton snowboards, and dog-wear products.

The new category will be updated frequently and have a steady rotation of products, plus, it can be added to personal shopping appointment bookings.
