The Forever 21 Location At Yonge And Dundas Is Closing

There’s about to be one fewer Forever 21 locations in the city. According to BlogTO, their iconic Forever 21 corner location across the street from the Eaton Centre at the intersection of Yonge and Dundas is sadly set to close.

Situated right at Yonge & Dundas, Forever 21’s iconic location is shutting its doors for good by the end of the month.

Retail is once again proving to be one tough market to be in and even major fast-fashion retailers are feeling the stress. It’s been reported by BlogTO that the store will close its doors for good by either March 30 or 31st and merge with its Eaton Centre location, but not before having a major blowout sale first. Shoppers are already flocking to Y&D to shop all their merchandise that’s on sale for up to 75%.

If you’re planning on heading there yourself to shop a bargain, beware of the major lineups. Shoppers can expect to see wait times even just to enter the store, especially in the late afternoon, according to BlogTO. If you’re in the mood for a lineup, just walk a few blocks south and shop the Forever 21 that’s in the Eaton Centre.

There’s been no word yet on what will take up the space vacated by Forever 21 but we don’t foresee it staying empty for too long—after all, Yonge and Dundas is prime Toronto realty at its finest.
