Aside from actually pushing yourself to get up and go to the gym, one of the biggest challenges is being able to afford the fancy workouts you want to do. Luckily, there are a ton of free fitness classes happening around the city, you just need to know where to look.
One in particular is coming up quickly. On Saturday, August 19th, the summer’s largest free fitness charity series is happening in Toronto at Allan A. Lamport Stadium. Powered by Fit Factory Fitness, The O Course is an extreme obstacle course workout, hosted by U.S. Marine drill instructor Sgt. Tony A.
Registration for the event is completely free, and you can feel even better about working out because this fitness charity event is in support of Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)!
Visit www.TheOCourse.com to sign up. If you can’t make the August session, there’s another session in support of Rethink Breast Cancer happening in September.
Take a peek at what you can expect from the extreme obstacle course below.
