The fried chicken joints just keep coming! Toronto will be getting another Jollibee location this week.
The new location will call Centerpoint Mall home, which is situated at 6464 Yonge Street. Doors will open for to-go, call, and pick-up orders only, starting March 6th.
Ever since the chain first opened in Mississauga in 2018, it has quickly grown in popularity. You may have even heard fans rave over Jollibees juicy fried chicken recipe and the sides they offer. Its expansion comes as no surprise since a press release from last year stated that Jollibee aimed to open around 300 stores, just in North America, by 2024. The Centerpoint Mall space will now be the latest grand opening for the fast-food company.
This restaurant follows the Jollibee opening at 334 Yonge Street in Toronto in December 2020. Due to pandemic restrictions, the Yonge Street location has only been available for pickup or delivery via DoorDash since opening.
The mall hours for tomorrow are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., so if you’re in the area, stop by for the famous chicken. Although, if you plan on doing so, please respect all COVID-19 safety precautions inside of the mall.
