Upstairs is an event space which can be rented, complete with a back patio, fire place and private bar. Host a cooking party at home or take over a catering space like The Edible Story for a foodie experience your guests will never forget. Located at Richmond and Sherbourne, owners Chef Alanna Fleischer and Brian Cheng are wizards in the kitchen and offer a variety of different experiences. For a class where everyone cooks, The Edible Story can host up to 10 guests. For a demonstration class, they can host up to 40. Take a Dance Class set to the Tune of your Favourite Musician
Work up a sweat and have a blast doing it, all to the tunes of your favourite singers. Elle Fitness offers private parties for groups sized anywhere from 8 to 100 guests. First you choose the activity (choreography, striptease, boxing, etc.), then you choose the music (think Drake, Beyonce, Justin Bieber and more), and then you choose the package. The Light Pink package costs $45 per person and offers 1 hour of your activity and music of choice. But for an extra $20 per person, you can get the Hot Pink package, which offers 1 hour of activity, plus bar service (two drinks per person), and VIP club access to Elle Fitness affiliated bars. Do it for the ‘gram! Give your bride-to-be a beautiful aquatic experience and book the Adult Birthday Package, which sounds pretty incredible. While we know it’s not her birthday, it’s celebration nonetheless, one that will include full access to the aquarium, three-hours with catering (think pizza, wings, cake and more) in a private event space, two alcoholic drink tickets, and a 6×8 take home photo for the lady of the hour.
