Starting September 2nd, Bike Share Toronto riders will be offered free trips in the city on Wednesdays.
Bike Share Toronto has partnered up with CAA South Central Ontario, so its commuters can enjoy this awesome perk of zero dollar 30-minute trips.
Not a CAA member? It doesn’t matter. Anyone and everyone are offered free rides on Wednesdays around the city.
Mayor John Troy is super thrilled about this sponsorship for September, which is happening For the third year in a row now.
In a press release, he said, “Free Ride Wednesday is a great way for residents to explore the city and to become familiar with the Bike Share system. Cycling has increasingly become a mode of transportation for people in this city to use and to get around.”
With the pandemic still a huge part of our current reality, Bike Share Toronto has shared a list of personal hygiene guidelines on its site that should be taken to clean your bike before you hop on and explore. Have a safe and worry-free trip!
