It’s no secret that summer is looking a little different due to the current COVID-19 restrictions in place but that doesn’t mean it has to be boring. Between virtual events, socially distanced patio hangs, and drive-thru foodie festivals, the fun is yours for the taking. If you were worried about Canada Day 2020 being dull, then you need to know that this year, a free food truck festival will be taking place.

The Food Truck’n Canada Day Festival is coming to Toronto on July 1 at The Liberty Grand at Exhibition Place and trust us — you won’t want to miss out.

The event will feature 10 food trucks like Beavertails, AliJandro’s Kitchen, Meltdown Cheesery, and I Love Churros to name a few and will be open from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Got social distancing on the brain? You’re not the only one. The event has socially distanced on-premise picnic areas and a licensed patio. In addition, you can also order your food truck eats from home and have them delivered via UberEats.

In case you can’t make it on Canada Day, the free food truck festival continues on July 4 and 5 and best of all — admission is completely free for the whole family.
