Japanese lifestyle brand UNIQLO has just announced its teaming up with fashion fave ALEXANDER WANG for a collection that’s hitting stores April 11!
The collection features 11 women’s items and 4 for men and they’re all made using UNIQLO’S AIRism technology.
AIRism allows for the wearer to be cool and stylish no matter the weather. Hence why it’s going to come in real handy when those 30 degree humid days hit.
This isn’t Alexander’s first time at the UNIQLO rodeo either as he first collaborated with the brand in 2008.
In a release, Alexander Wang said, “Working with UNIQLO on the second season of the collaboration, it felt like there was a mutual understanding of not only aesthetics but of each other’s workethic. It was easier coming together this time around to accomplish a similar goal from various touch-points. Innovation has always been at the forefront of our design and creative process, and functionality serves a huge purpose in the way I and our customers dress. Therefore, through the influence of innovation, technology and functionality, the special AIRism collection was born.”
Wondering what to shop? The women’s collection consists of low-back bodysuits, comfy loose-fitting t-shirts, and scoop-neck crop tops in pretty pastel hues like mint green, sky blue and peach. Men can shop a selection of crew neck t-shirts, breathable boxers, and tank tops.
The ALEXANDER WANG x UNIQLO collection is available online and in stores from April 11.
