According to CreditRiskMonitor, Revlon – the world-renowned beauty company could be the next major organization to face bankruptcy.
CreditRiskMonitor uses their own proprietary analytical score called a FRISK® score to identify businesses that are at risk of going bankrupt. According to CreditRiskMontior’s website, The FRISK score is 96% accurate in predicting business and organizations that end up going bankrupt. Their analysis highlights cosmetic icon Revelon Inc. as a business that may go bankrupt in 2018. Asides from the FRISK score, Revlon has had net losses in the last five fiscal quarters, has a poor interest coverage ratio and recurring negative cash flow. According to CreditRiskMonitor Revlon has as high as a 50% chance of filing for bankruptcy in the next 12 months.
